Define the installment amount and frequency. Choose auto-charge or payment-link mode per patient.

On auto-charge, Stripe charges the saved card on the due date. On link mode, a branded SMS and email reminder goes out.

Reminders escalate if needed

If a payment is missed, the reminder cadence automatically escalates. The dashboard shows every account in real time.

The moment a patient receives a treatment plan is where revenue is won or lost.
